LGBT Room

For the sake of room quality and moderation oversight, the Council Members and Senior moderators shall be allowed to mute, warn, or correct other moderators when:

1. Moderators have been actioned against by Server Staff;
2. Moderators are acting in a means that are severely detrimental to room quality; or
3. Moderators are encouraging acting that are severely detrimental to room quality.

For the purposes of this proposal, “room quality” shall refer:

1. the wanting to partake in room discussions,
2. general noise of the room,
3. the ability to hold prolonged debates,
4. being generally welcoming to listen or (when applicable) participate in discussion, and
5. protective nature of the room to protect and have a welcoming space for the LGBT+ community on the server.

It shall be immediately actionable by the Headmaster to remove a moderator for removing a mute of themselves by Server Staff or Senior+ moderators.
