  1. Student council will be formed for a selected few individuals to make certain decisions/votes separate from the general population. They must be a subject to a general population vote, with two thirds majority win.
  2. Student Council members can be permanent: Boudiccal, the Headmaster, Flappy and Hans, and non-permanent with a mandate of 3 months from the date of joining the council after a successful general population vote.
  3. Student Council does votes will be based on two thirds majority voting system to pass anything with exceptions noted in the articles to follow.
  4. The Student Council can supersede any decision from the LGBTQ+ leader (Headmaster) with a vote. In such an occasion only the Headmaster has no right to vote. That vote will be a two thirds majority vote. The Student Council can also over turn result from a general vote (votes that require all moderators to participate), again with a two thirds majority vote done internally within the Council, the Headmaster can participate in that vote.
  5. The Headmaster can temporary suspend implementation of policies or decisions done by the Council for three consecutive days after their vote was complete, from date of completion, which proposition was selected does not matter here. Reasonable arguments must be provided for said suspension.
  6. In extreme cases the Headmaster will have Emergency Veto Powers, where they can prevent a general or Council vote, decision, implementation of policy/regulation/rule/legislation, action or anything that will change the status quo. Emergency veto powers only do not apply when it comes to voting for the removal or appointment of a new Headmaster. Emergency veto powers must be thoroughly justified with sound, valid and reasoned arguments. Emergency veto powers can be exercised for only seven consecutive days.
  7. In the case of usage of Emergency veto powers, these must be used only three times in a year (every instance should be recorded), and a cool off period of at least 2 months in between usage of said powers is required. If the Headmaster uses said powers more than 3 times or they use them too frequently, they must immediately be removed and a voting for a new Headmaster must begin.
  8. The Headmaster will have veto power on general population votes indefinitely.
  9. The Headmaster can void any vote in process if there is clear and convincing evidence or beyond a reasonable doubt that there is outside influence, in-terms of people being bribed, persuaded privately, strong armed, etc. He may address the concerns and temporarily remove the party in question pertaining to that specific vote.
  10. The Headmaster can implement any rules, restrictions, legislation, policy, etc. pertaining to the Council and how it functions, however such actions can be contested, if such a contention arises, it will be put up for a vote for the Council to decide. The headmaster has to notify of any/every change to the Council with an in-depth explanation why.
  11. Only Student Council members can engage with, vote on, discuss and propose policy or internal politics in regards to the room and the Student Council. Anyone who is a non Council, can be advisor as long as they meet certain criteria.
  12. If a proposition (vote or voting on) of adding members to any internal teams – Council or moderators OR adding/removing/modifying rules (established or new) OR creating unreasonable barriers for establishing reasonable rules and regulations in the future, the Headmaster can be countered is while the vote is still valid and in progress, the vote will be paused and a sub vote will be given to either accept, amend that decision or get rid of it completely. This will require a simple majority.
  13. Staff can only be apart of Council if they have contributed to the team for more than 3 months regardless if they left and came back. Members of the staff must be voted into the Council, with the Headmaster retaining veto power for getting new members into the Council.
  14. The second in command will act as the representative of the Council. If the headmaster contests anything being implemented with by a vote, he or she (Headmaster) must consult with the rep of the Council and they will decide together if that instance constitutes a violation or an undermine of already implemented policies or regulations or will be a roadblock for future legislation.
  15. Advisors can put up legislation to be voted on only through their sponsor – a Council member but can not participate in the voting process. A Student Council member can sponsor advisors, but the advisors are forbidden from participating directly in any Council action. A Council member has to inform the Council if a policy suggestion comes from an advisor or from themselves, so proper responsibility is applied.
  16. The Headmaster has the final interpretation of these articles. He or She is the arbiter when it comes to adding or removing or editing parts of these articles in the future. Headmaster’s modifications can be challenged via a vote, that will require two-thirds majority to pass.
  17. The Headmaster cannot suspend or veto voting in regards to them remaining in power.
